"Leo Alves Vieira is from an exciting genre of young Brazilian composers and musicians. Experimental and chaotic, his compositions are subtle rhythms, counter rhythms and undefined melodies that do not try to explain or tell a story, do not follow any rule but to reflect the sights and sound of moment or a string of moments. They do not analyze, only experience the cacophony of sounds and beats that inspire them. Sometimes turbulent, sometimes quiescent and other times ambient. This is music that must be approached with no preconception, no expectations, tasting each layer and allowing the sabotage of clandestine notes that seem to have strayed in from some other place or time. This is what the music of life is all about, let your ears become your eyes." Robert Tucker (Indizoo.com) - 2009
