LEo Yamane has always been in touch with music. His parents are both musicians. He learnt to play the violin in his early childhood, but black and electronic music eventually caught his attention. Fascinated by DJ culture, LEo began saving money for his own pair of turntables, and then started off making music in 1995 with DaFreakFlow… and he has been spinning the plastic ever since. By now |LEo| has combined many different styles such as Hip-Hop, Trip-Hop, Breakbeat and more; his record collection is constantly growing, including some of the finest releases from the world of dance music. In 1999 |LEo| teamed up with his mate DJ and producer iBee and by now they have often worked together on parties, festivals, radiostations and clubs. But no matter if he is part of a team or on his own, |LEo| enjoys a great reputation as an underground DJ, because he represents an inimitable style: House/ Electronic / D&B, combined with Hip-Hop and party classics. Thanks to this unquestionably clever choice of music, he always turns his audience into a party crowd. .. In 2006 |LEo| met Andy Hawk (Headline - DJ of Drizzly Music).
