Leroy Wan: "We are visual agression."
On Leroy Wan: He is a musician, a dancer, a designer, a model, a singer-songwriter and an actor.
He loves to perform exciting stage shows, usually including a mixture of free-styled belly dancing and choreographed hip-hop dance moves. He is self-taught in dance and singing and loves to write songs.
"When I write, I am very honest. There are no names, but there are moments. If I do not live, I will not be able to write. My life is in the songs I write and that i what I want to share with the world."
Leroy Wan also loves to design clothes. He is coming out with a label simply called BLAH.
"BLAH is a collection of all the things that inspire me. So a collection from Winter 2007 could be completely different from the collection this year. I was watching Fashion Television one day and I saw all these people taunt collections, calling it 'blah' or 'unappealing' and I thought, that is what I am naming my label. I love things other people hate, I love the underdogs. BLAH also means to me: no effort. I want to make clothes people can just put on and look great with no effort whatsoever. That's my goal and my vision."
He admires the fashion tastes of Gwen Stefani, M.I.A., Christian Dior and Yves Saint Laurent.
