About me:

My name is Mary Lesley Gary and I have been a member of ADF since Yule 2006, starting as solitary and with a subtle push via an article in Oak Leaves, spurred the creation of the Sweetgum Protogrove, who granted me the honor of leadership. I am currently our Advertising Director for Oak Leaves and have 3 articles published in the periodical. A practitioner of the ways for over a decade studying under many people, I am still but a child learning along the path. But I know there is a bright future to be found with ADF. I am solely on the Dedicant path and then will work on the Clergy training. I love history, theology, religions of the World, spirituality and all related subjects, which led me to ADF. I find here both the mind and spirit are challenged equally. That there is more to being a Druid, there are virtues and dedication. And I am dedicated to ADF and its future. I share my home with Lester (my husband) and many pets: three dogs, a turtle, four bearded dragons (lizard), two cats and numerous fish. I hope one day my personal and proffesional life can align to allow me to spend all energy there, but till then, I sell insurance.
