The long awaited second CD by critically acclaimed singer/songwriter Leslie Satcher is finally complete as her first independent project. Leslie is well known for the songs she has written that have been recorded by artists such as Randy Travis, Willie Nelson, Bonnie Riatt, George Jones, George Strait, Gretchen Wilson, Trisha Yearwood, Patty Loveless, Vince Gill and dozens more.
Now, she has finished her own "creation" from start to finish on her own terms.
This "creation" exposes her Texas roots and tells us the story of her journey through the hard red dirt, heartaches & frustrations and the joy of finding true love.
With the best musicians in the business and the guest vocals of Vince Gill, Alison Krauss, Carl Jackson, Wes Hightower & Jeannie Winn all produced by Grammy Winning Luke Wooten, this is truly a gem for the discerning music lover.
My new record just came out this week on I-Tunes and CD Baby. I have included a video talking about the record, hope you enjoy it! Please leave us some feedback to let us know what you think! Thanks for your support.

PS: This album would make a great stocking stuffer ;)
It was so great to meet you at the Hall of Fame today! Thank you both so much for the c-d, I love the music on it! I wish I could make it to your show on Monday, good luck there! Maybe I'll see you at Strings In The Mountains some time. God Bless, Lynell
After you've finished here, you may like to hear this poem sung on myspace...
Poem 162 of 230, WalkaboutsVerse (please see my blog): TEES TO TYNE: FIRST IMPRESSIONS - SUMMER 2001
Where traditions are not so rare; Sea, country and works scent the air; A multitude of monuments, Planted tubs and patterned pavements.
The longish pedestrian malls; The remnants of defensive walls; Historic buildings are a gauge Of the respect for heritage.
Wheat, rape and pines in the fields; Estuaries guarded by shields; Long sandy beaches and wide scenes; Romantic-ruin go-betweens.
Rivers in parts licked by trees, Or fringed by boat clubs, wharfs, gantries, And crossed by practical delights - Varied spans, forming pleasing sights.
Fine churches headed at Durham; Football kits ad infinitum; Kept castles - one for study; Masonry behind masonry.
And, with moulding-works out that way, It’s somewhere for a longer stay..?
