There are underrated bands and then there's Les Thugs. In their sixteen year career, Les Thugs made nine albums of the finest, most moving, most intelligent, transcendent punk rock ever made with a reward no more than historical recognition as "that band from France that was on Sub Pop."
I (Max) made this page because there are a handful of people out there like myself who would like to show our appreciation for Les Thugs so if you are one of these people, please leave comments and tell people to check them out! If you are new to Les Thugs, please take a few minutes and see just how much depth and power a psychadelic-postpunk-shoegaze quartet from Angers, France was able to do with a few chords and a second language.
