    LE SYNDICAT est un label et un groupe fondé en 1982, à Paris. Dans les années 80, le label Le Syndicat produisait des cassettes audio, vendues, distribuées, échangées par la poste via le réseau " MAIL ART ". Le label a édité en cassette, en dehors de la musique du groupe, d'autres artistes comme Merzbow, Parazite, Pacific231, Controlled Bleeding, Blackhouse, Dog As Master... Au moment de sa cessation d'activité, Le label avait produit 22 cassettes et environ 3000 d'entre elles avaient été vendues, distribuées, échangées, à travers le monde. Le groupe LE SYNDICAT a continué a produire de la musique lorsque son label a cessé ses activités en étant édité par d'autres labels indépendants comme RRR, Bog Art, Staalplat, Daft Records, V.O.D. et plus récement Monochrome Vision, Rotorelief & BKO Media. LE SYNDICAT MMX est la faction live du Syndicat qui n'est PAS engagée dans la réalisations d’œuvres de studio, il entre autres les éléments suivants pour ses actions en direct ou sessions live: Création en pilotage réflexe, utilisation d'accidents sonores comme éléments essentiels et finalement, plaisir a manipuler la masse sonore hors des formats et systématismes culturels de la musique. LE SYNDICAT started its activities and it's own label in 1982 in Paris. In the eighties, many audio-cassettes were produced and sold via the Mail-Art network. The label also produced other artists, such as Merzbow, Parazite, Pacific231, Controlled Bleeding, Blackhouse, Dog As Master... When the label ceased its activities in 1987, about 3000 cassettes produced by the label had been sold, exchanged and distributed all over the world. The band LE SYNDICAT kept on. Works were released by other independent labels: RRR, Bog Art, Staalplat, Daft Records, V.O.D. and more recently Monochrome Vision, Rotorelief & BKO Media. LE SYNDICAT MMX is the live faction which is NOT engaged in the production of studio material. Relying entirely on improvisation, it uses the following elements onstage or in studio sessions: Reflex-generated noisecraft piloting, use of accidents as constructive elements and the sheer pleasure to manipulate sound-material outside any cultural format and systematism of Music.
