Le Systeme Records was originally started in 1999 in Toronto, Canada and then moved and continued on in New York, NY (Queens to be exact!) and has put out 4 12"s and 2 CDs.

"Normally reserved for free jazz releases by other artists, James Duncan's label now dances to the beat of his own creations. Having graced Metro Area and other Environ releases with his trumpet, Duncan's own music comes from the same school of rubbery disco-tech-house as his mate, Morgan Geist. Four tracks of superb, diverse underground sounds. So there you go, "the story so far".
This will be our "virtual home" for the next little while as the label takes a little well deserved rest and lays low for a while back in the home town of Toronto.
