I love movies...I REALLY LOVE MOVIES!!!! I also love going out with friends, but my favorite past time is a quiet evening at home, preferably with a lady, just hanging out. I'm a big sports fan, my favorite sports are: basket ball, football and pro wrestling. TV, music round out my hobbies. I also collect watches and colonges. And the topper...my favorite decade is the awesome eighties!!! I know, I know, I'm a weirdo!! | | Music |
My favorites are: Neo Soul, R & B and gospel. I also like pop, hip-hop, and some rock. My favorite era for music was between the years of 1980 thru 1996. My favorite artists are: Mariah Carey, Luther Vandross, Toni Braxton, Aerosmith, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, Dave Hollister, N'SYNC, Kirk Franklin, just to name a few. | | Movies | I love a good musical score to a movies. Let's face it. the score makes or breaks the movie. I you go through my list you will see that almost all of my favorite movies that the score was composed by either John Willams or Hans Zimmer. Those two are the best at what they do. Some of my favorite movies are: Air Force One, All six (that's right even that farce called Episode 1: The Phantom Menace) Star Wars movies, Batman (1989...the one with Jack Nicholson), Batman Begins, A Few Good Men, The Godfather (greatest gangster movie EVER), The Lion King, Mission Impossible 2, The Kings of Comedy, Eddie Murphy: Raw The Matrix (the original, the other 2 SUCKED), Jurassic Parks 1 & 2, Terminators 1 & 2, Independence Day, Blades 1 & 3, House Party, Predator, both Antonio Banderras "Zorro" movies, Robin Hood: Prince of Theives, that's to name a few. | | Television | Some of favorite TV shows & cartoons past and present are: 24, ER, CSI, Boston Legal, Star Trek: TNG & DS9, Knight Rider, Airwolf, Superman, Batman from the 60's, Superfriends, Voltron, Transformers, Robotech, Silver Hawks, G.I. Joe, Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends, Law & Order (orginal only), In Living Color (best sketch comedy shoe EVER. the show that SNL used to be and MadTV wants to be), Jamie Foxx Show, SportsCenter, WWE: Raw, TNA: iMPACT, Automan, Manimal (WOW..100,000 BONUS POINTS FOR ANYONE WHO REMEBERS EITHER OR BOTH OF THOSE LAST 2 SHOWS). | | Books | I haven't read that many books. I read mostly bioagraphies (mostly from pro wrestlers) My 2 favorite books I ever read are 2 murder mysteries. The first is called: Dead Eyes (it's really good). The second is The Da Vinci Code. I know what people say about the book. I thasn't changed my beliefs any. It's a real good book, just give it a chance if haven't read it; especially if you like murder mysteries like I do. I've also read some romance novels when I had nothing better to read to stay awake when I was working night shift. They are simple, easy to understand. | | Heroes | My Mom and Dad. Wow!! To talk about myself. Being honest about oneself is hardest thing for one to do. Hmmm, I'm funny, well I like to think so, and easy going. I love the ladies, but am definitely NOT a player. I just like to spend time with a lady and to treat her like a lady (something many men don't know how to do). I also believe that romance is a lost art as well and I would be more than happy to show any lady (young and old) that romance is not lost on my generation. However I can get freaky with the best of them (if the situation calls for it)!!! I'm a very spiritual and religious person, but NOT a stick in the mud either. I have a weird sense of humor, that's only because I can find the humor in things that most people cannot. I also don't let the trials of life and the little BS things bother me. I just let them roll off of me like water of a duck's back. That's not to say I don't take life seriously, I do, it's just if let things get to you it will kill you. If you follow my 4 steps to living a worry free life, they are:
1. Don't worry about things you have no control over!
2. Don't worry about things that don't concern you!
3. If steps 1 & 2 fail, give the issue to God and let him worry about it, he shoulders are infinitely bigger than yours.
4. If all else fails...CRY 2 TEARS INTO A BUCKET AND THEN SAY F**K IT!!!!!

Who I'd like to meet:
There are sooo many. I have 2 main lists.
The first one are famous ladies I would like to take on a date. Nothing sexual I swear! Just these women facinate me, they are (at the time of me writing this & to the best of my knowledge) are single, and I would like to spend time with them. They are:
-Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Nia Long, Gabrielle Union, Rosario Dawson, Sanaa Lathan, Kelita Smith (the wife from the "Bernie Mac Show"), Marg Helgenberger (Cathrine from "CSI"...brains are so sexy!!!), that's just to name a few.
The second list are celebrities (dead or alive) who I think have lived facinating lives and I could just sit and listen to them to tell stories about their lives all day. You learn just by letting other people tell you abou their experiences. This list includes people like:
-Oprah Winfrey, Bill & Hilliary Clinton, Bill Cosby, Nelson Mandela, JFK, Malcom X, Martin Luther King, Luther Vandross, Rosa Parks, Vince MaMahon, George Lucas, Steven Speilberg, Spike Lee, Bill Parcells, Vince Lombardi, Bill Russell, Lawerence Taylor, Denzel Washington, Tom Hanks, just to name a few.
