Levelette was born when Scott's childhood guitar got a little broken and started to sound beautiful. That's not a metaphor, that's what happened. Scott was playing with Dave Hower (Winterpills, Spanish for Hitchiking) and Brian Akey (Winterpills, Spanish for Hitchiking) in the Fucking Sparklies so it just kind of made sense. Yikes, that's boring. Hope you dig the tunes!
We are working on a record with Dan Richardson right now. We'll let you know when it's ready.
I have a radio show on 90.7 WTCC, the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month at 8pm. More details and my mailing address are in my blog. Please check it out. I'm seeking local music to play on the show.
Great set saturday, glad I made it up there and got a chance to chat before the show. These are a few of the shots I took and there are a couple more (along with the other bands) through the link at the bottom.

how to pronounce your name correctly

learned you are serious men of rock,
to be respected and appreciated.

just noticed you liked Will Oldham and thought I'd point you in the direction of some guys he knows from the UK, an alt.country/acoustic folk kinda group called "quarter-pounder". They're brothers from the Isle of Man who are a little mentally unstable but with an ear for a good tune so I reckon you might like them. Maybe you know of them already? One of their fans has set up a web site where you can download a bunch of their songs for free at www.quarter-pounder.co.uk Check it out..
