I Levia Gravia nascono nell'ottobre del 1994. Due anni di prove e quindi concerti, demo che girano molto in radio e alcune proposte discografiche.
[Levia Gravia was formed in October 1994. Two years of rehearsals, concerts, plenty of radio broadcasts and a few offers from record companies.]
Poi l'incidente.
Era la notte del 13 ottobre 1996. Eravamo ubriachi e guidavamo sulla Roma-Fiumicino.
Uno di noi disse "Hey, lanciano birra dal cavalcavia. Fico".
Per molti anni fu l'ultima dichiarazione non ufficiale rilasciata dalla band.
[Then, the accident.
It was the night of October 13th 1996 and we were driving drunk on the Roma-Fiumicino highway.
One of us said: “Hey, they’re throwing beer from the overpass. Cool.”
This was for many years the last unofficial declaration released by the band.]
Cademmo in coma profondo tutti e tre contemporaneamente (eravamo abituati ad andare a tempo) e rimanemmo in questo stato per 10 anni.
Senza ascoltare gli ultimi 3 cd dei Radiohead e senza poter reagire allo straordinario successo di Tiziano Ferro.
[We fell into a deep coma all at the same time (we were used to keeping the beat) and remained in this state for 10 years without being able to listen to the last 3 Radiohead CDs or react to Tiziano Ferro’s amazing success.]
Ci siamo risvegliati l'8 gennaio 2007, con una incredibile voglia di farci una sigaretta.
[We woke up on the 8th of January 2007 with a terrible craving for a cigarette.]
Ci hanno raccontato di MySpace e abbiamo subito messo online i nostri ultimi pezzi. Sappiamo che sono vecchiotti... Ma ragazzi, siamo tornati!
Ora siamo il primo e unico gruppo rock italiano ad essere andato in coma per 10 anni (se si escludono i Litfiba e i Timoria). Ora sappiamo amare le cose più semplici come il canto degli uccellini, la brina sull'erba in ottobre/novembre, i regali al di fuori del Natale e la sessualità nel suo complesso.

Now we are the only Italian band that has been in a coma for 10 years (with the only exception of Litfiba and Timoria). Now we have learned to love even the simplest things such as the singing of birds, the October/November dew, the non-Christmas related gifts and sexuality in its entirety.]
L'evento estivo più importante e glamuor dell'estate, dove è impossibile mancare, non esserci e non partecipare. Musica OK, molto fica, anzi proprio OK! Abiti e accessori che lanceranno le nuove mode per i prossimi decenni. The Last Wanks,la più grande band del pianeta, ritorna dopo sette mesi di assenza dalla capitale!!! Un concerto travolgente che vi travolgerà lasciandovi stravolti ed inermi.
