Levi John: The American singer, entertainer and song writer, Levi John, embodies this personal philosophy of life as he looks back at a successful career as a musician and entertainer.
Levi John, born on the Caribbean Island in the sun, was discovered while singing on a TV show 12 and under, he studied with some of the grates from the School of Performing Arts and developed his talent as a Singer, performer, and a song writer.
Levis remarkable talent assured him his first record contract with World Records at the age of 15; he released several hit singles and revolutionized the music mixture of Caribbean rhythm and Latin sound.
Achieving great popularity in the Caribbean and South America, Levi is considered to be one of the originators of 'SOCA' (Sounds of Caribbean Artists).
Upon graduation from The London School of Performing Arts, and the hectic schedule with his Broadway engagements, Levi continued writing his own songs. His hard work and talent was rewarded with a partnership between the artist and Polydor|Polygram Records in Montreal, Canada, followed by various engagements in Las Vegas including the Jerry Lewis Show.
Despite his busy career as a performer, Levi devoted time to performing at charitable functions to support families and children in need.
At the turn of the century, it was time for the artist to return to the studio to produce the album `Generations´ and introduce himself to the German audience.
The album is a combination of full sounds and an unusual mix of R'&'B, Jazz, Gospel and of course Caribbean Pop. The sound represents Levi John at his finest.
Levi John has performed live in Europe top Nightclubs, with concerts on Mallorca for Boris Becker fun raising, in Italy and Germany, various radio promotion events through out Europe and TV-shows Tabaluga and Immer wieder sonntags with Max Schautzer on ARD, Sat 1 and N 24.
