Lex&Davey are from Liverpool, England and present radio and television, they are also script-writers, producers, and actors and in some manner, business men.
Lex and Davey are not related and they are not gay lovers. They met in 2005 at one of Lex's music events and ever since then they have been working on material for radio and more recently, television. Their work is unique, and is a different take on comedy. Though the boys dont class themselves as 'comedians' many people would say they are. Lex&Davey's break into the industry came via 106.7 KCR FM. Station manager, Ray Ferguson allowed them on the FM airwaves once a week after listening to them presenting the Net 40 chart show on the internet. They soon got promoted and asked to do the evening show 5 nights a week. The show proved to be extremely popular amongst the listeners of KCR. The station then was handed over to new management who failed to comply with Lex&Davey's wage, as well as many other presenters on the station at the time so the boys left the station in October 2008. Soon after, KCR FM closed down.
Since November 2008, Lex&Davey have been working as stand-in presenters on Juice FM in Liverpool.
Lex and Davey also run, manage and operate various businesses together such as Carter Records. While separately Lex owns entertainment company, Showstar Entertainment (Previously Night Star Entertainment) and Davey runs a website hosting service - SpeedyHost and also an internet radio station called Sound Liverpool.
Since December 2008, Lex and Davey have been working with Keyhole Productions on a brand new internet / television sitcom. Casting sessions have been cast and filming is scheduled to take place in Summer 2010 with the show released in December 2010.
