Blurbs
About me:
....I love outdoor activities, so anytime away from work will be outside, except for winter. I have kayaks and a canoe, so from about May to the end of September, I'm on the water somewhere. But, if the weather is bad, I'll probably be watching and betting on the Ponies. (Ever since moving to Kentucky, I love to play the ponies.)
I am happily married for 24 years, and we've been living in Lexington Ky since 1986 to 2007 and just recently moved to Mt. Sterling Kentucky. I was born and raised in Vincennes Indiana and after graduating, I was transfered to Murray Ky, then Princeton KY, where I met Leanne and we moved to Florida for about 2 months then back to Vincennes and then on to Lexington where we lived until 2007. Then, since we are older now and don't need all the excitement and activities, we decided to move to a smaller, quieter, town and buy a house in Mt. Sterling.
I am a dog lover and have had dogs all my life, and I am strongly against killing any living creature for fun, even the ones I don't like (ie: snakes, rodents, etc.).
Since moving to Mt. Sterling, we do most of our canoeing and kayaking on CAVE RUN Lake, which is about 20 miles from our house, but we also like Elkhorn Creek close to Frankfort.
I love anywhere tropical. We've been to the Florida Keys, the Bahamas, Cancun/Cozumel, Yucatan Peninsula, Tulum Mayan Ruins, Grand Caymans, and our Favorite: Turk & Caicos Islands.
