About me: Im Margaret and Im from the Bay Area. Im a Event Planner and I have started a new business, Lexus Events. Our motto at Lexus Events is "we design events for your lifetime".
The road to becoming a event planner started innocently enough...I was the one who always set up birthdays, luncheons, etc. My being organized and detailed help out a lot. But I guess that is to be expected when your work history included being a Secretary and Administrative Assistant.
So the search began into finding a new career.
So I took the wedding consultant program with American Acadamy of Wedding Professionals which I will complete in October 2007 and I am working on getting my professional certificate in Event Planning from San Francisco State University and that will be completed by 2008.
