My guitar "Leyenda" a fairy and me. This is the "permanent transparent daydream" and visual performance in concert.
Its a wall from something like silk and light
from behind ... looks like a big empty tv screen.
When I begin to play, the woman starts to
paint on the silk and the people see the shadow
of the body and the colours of the painting.
I reach the people at a couple of senses.

Sounds Like
Letztes Jahr im Mai war ich in Topform und mitten in den Aufnahmen, wohl zu energisch ... eines Morgens wollte der linke Arm nicht mehr ... Zwangspause. Ein paar doofe Monate folgten. Nicht üben "dürfen" war fies ... da holte ich das Internet nach Hause, so hielt sich meine Krise in Grenzen. Seit Januar kann ich wieder immer mehr üben und ich versuch diesen Mai noch eine Ecke besser
zu sein als im Letzten. Ich sehe Kollegen, die sich weit
in den 60ern noch aktiv in der Szene bewegen ...
warum sollte mir das nicht auch gelingen.
Mir ist es schon öfter passiert, dass mein Körper nicht konnte,
was der Geist plante ... nur immer in der Ruhe bleiben und atmen ...
vor etwa 11 Jahren wachte ich morgens auf und meine
rechte Hand war pelzig wie eingeschlafen ... eine Bandscheibe
war geplatzt und klemmte die Nerven ab. Damals war ich
"Yuppie" mit 7-Tage Wochen als Produzent für den Hörfunk.
War schon ein Schock ... konnte nicht mehr Klavier spielen,
lief mit Halskrause rum und verlor, als ich am Tag nach der Operation
ins Studio kam auf schäbigste Art und Weise meinen Job.
Ich machte mit einem eigenen kleinen Studio noch ein bisschen
weiter in dieser Branche, doch ich stellte mir innerlich mehrere
"Sinnfragen" ... mein Geschmack war nach 12 Jahren Arbeit
mit Marketing und Werbung derart kommerziell verbogen,
dass mir meine eigenen Kompositionen nicht mehr gefielen ...
und ich mir selbst damit auch nicht.
Die Hand erholte sich, es reichte für den Synthesizer und
das Plektrum für die E-Gitarre ... ich fing wieder von vorn an.
Irgendwann kam ein Freund und sagte, ich "müsse" seine Flamenco-Gitarre
kaufen, damit sie ein "würdiger" weiter spielt ... da ich mich bisher
davor drückte aber eigentlich immer Flamenco lernen wollte,
sah ich das als Wink der Schicksals und griff zu.
Ich klimperte ungefähr ein Jahr auf ihr herum, als ich im TV den ältesten
der Romero-Sippe sah, der die schwierigsten spanischen Stücke wunderschön
aus den Fingern zauberte ... welch heilsamer Schock!
Ich lief in die Stadt holte die Noten und fing an "richtig" die spanische Gitarre zu studieren ...
das war im Sommer 2002. Im Winter 2003 war die Bandscheibe einen Stock
tiefer dran, die linke Hand pelzig ... ich konnte die Gitarre noch greifen, doch
ich spürte es nicht. Mein Kumpel Kurt ist Arzt, der sagte: spiel weiter und
die Nerven finden wieder ihren Weg. So wars auch juhuu. Im Mai 2004 gelangen mir die Aufnahmen, die ich heute im Netz habe. Im Juni fiel ich vom Rad und verbog mir einiges an der linken Hand ... auch damit spielte ich weiter ... (aua), im November wurde ich bei einem europäischen Musikwettbewerb in Bayern erster und auf nationaler Ebene zweiter (Emergenza). Im Sommer 2005 gab ich mein erstes 2-stündiges Solokonzert im Künstlerhaus meiner Heimatstadt ... meine persönliche Mondlandung. Beim einem Konzert vor einem Jahr entstanden die Bilder. Eine visuelle Performance zur Gitarre zu bieten war eine seit Jahren gehegte Idee.
Hi there! I live for the work with my spanish guitar "leyenda" now for 5 years.
I started in the age of 42, to do what I wanted to do my whole live. In this age I found the time and the disciplin for practising 6 to 8 hours a day to come to the results you can hear on this site. The last year I had problems with my left arm cause of doing too much with too hard strings cause of the sound ... and I..m very hard to myself, when I do recordings ... one day it was too much and I couldn..t play a few month. So I found the time to release some of the tunes I work on in the internet. I..m very happy and thankful for the results I got. A 5 star rating on garageband.com and Awards for playing and compositions. I enjoy to read what other musician-dudes feel when they listen to my tunes and I..m very motivated to work hard on my way ... cause my music is the mirror of my soul. Hallo Werner. Wenn du magst hör dir doch mal an was ich demletzt in einer einsamen Sonntagnacht zusammengezimmert hab. Ist zwar recht rough, aber wenn man sich anstrengt, kann man es als Song durchgehen lassen. Meld dich mal wieder. Dein alter Gitarrenschüler.
