L..HERMITE
L..Hermite es un proyecto instrumental del guitarrista Carlos Ferrari, que abarca géneros variados, tomando como base el rock.
Nacido el 25 de Junio de 1967, comenzó a tocar guitarra a la edad de 14 años, en forma casi autodidacta, ayudado por una prima que le enseñó los primeros acordes y canciones. A los quince años, comienza a tocar la guitarra eléctrica, tomando lecciones con diferentes profesores, y forma su primera banda con la que debuta en septiembre de 1983, a la edad de dieciséis años. A partir de allí comienza a formar parte de diferentes agrupaciones de diferentes géneros, desde heavy metal a pop-rock, influenciado por guitarristas del hard rock de los ochenta, tales como George Lynch, Jake E. Lee, Vinnie Moore, Richie Kotzen y Steve Vai, entre otros. Participó en diferentes agrupaciones dentro de la escena under argentina, tales como Siszard (banda de Heavy Metal en la que participó entre 1987 y 1990) y Rescate Emotivo, banda de Pop Rock en la que participó durante 1994 (Aclaración: no se trata de la banda de Rock..n Roll que actualmente se conoce). También se dedica a la enseñanza, y a componer música y arreglos para otros artistas y bandas.
L..Hermite nació como proyecto en el año 2002, cuando comenzó a grabarse el EP homónimo en marzo de ese año. El proyecto tuvo su primera presentación en vivo el 13 de junio de 2003 en el Auditorio Acatraz, con una buena aceptación.
También fue reconocido su trabajo por la revista española Guitarrista, siendo el EP nominado como “Maqueta Del Mes” (Revista Guitarrista Nº 68, Abril 2004) y publicando en el cd de la revista el tema “El Túnel De Las Almas”. También lo hizo la revista española Guitarra Actual en el Nº 17 de su publicación y la página web de la revista Rock Zone (www.zona-zero.net) se ocupó de hacer un extenso comentario del EP.
Su segundo trabajo, “Imágenes del Microcosmos”, fue finalizado a principios de abril de 2006, siendo éste un álbum algo más extenso y ecléctico que su predecesor. Tuvo nuevamente el reconocimiento de diferentes publicaciones, tales como la revista española Guitarra Total en el Nº 99, en Guitarrista (Nº 97) y en Guitarra Actual (Nº 32). Este trabajo también fue comentado en la revista española Rock Estatal (Nº 4).
Su tercer y último trabajo hasta la fecha, llamado “Sueños en el Umbral”, fue lanzado en septiembre de 2008 y tuvo el reconocimiento de las revistas Guitarra Total (Nº 129) y Guitarrista (Nº 124). También la revista Rock Estatal se ocupó de hacer la reseña correspondiente.
También participó en la grabación de cuatro de los temas del cd de Beto Vázquez “Infinity”, llamado “Flying Towards A New Horizon” y en la grabación de las guitarras acústicas de dos de los temas del álbum debut de SHH (banda de pop electrónico).
Actualmente Carlos Ferrari también forma parte de Beto Vazquez “Infinity”, formando parte de la grabación de “Darkmind”, último trabajo de la banda hasta el momento, para la cual grabó la mayoría de las guitarras.

L'Hermite is an instrumental project created and produced by guitarist Carlos Ferrari, which, based on rock style, covers various genres.
Carlos Ferrari was born on June 25th, 1967. An autodidact, he started playing the guitar at the age of 14, almost self-taught, but just with the help of a cousin who taught him the first musical chords and songs.
When he was 15, he started to play electric guitar, being coached and attending lessons from different teachers. It is then when he created his initial band, which performed for the first time in September 1983, when Carlos was just 16. From then on, he started taking part in different bands, playing varied music styles; from heavy metal to pop-rock.
L'Hermite’s leader was influenced by the ‘80s hard rock guitarists, such as George Lynch, Jake E. Lee, Vinnie Moore, Richie Kotzen and Steve Vai, among others. Carlos was also member of different groups which belonged to the Argentine “UNDER” scene, for example: Siszard, (a band he was part of from 1987 to 1990) and Rescate Emotivo (Pop Rock band he was in 1994 –note: not the currently known Rock..n Roll band).
Carlos is also a teacher and coach; composes music and arrangements to other artists, musicians and bands.
L'Hermite’s producer also participated in the recording of : first, four of the tracks in Beto Vázquez “Infinity” cd , which is called “Flying Towards A New Horizon”; then, in the acoustic guitars of two of the tracks of SHH debut album (SHH being an “electronic pop” band). Today, Carlos is also part of Beto Vazquez “Infinity”, participating in the recording of “Darkmind”, the band’s last creation, so far, for which Carlos was in charge of recording most of the guitars For further information: Official web.site: www.pipenkaulen.com.ar

As regards L..Hermite, it is a Project launched in 2002, when the EP of the same name started being recorded, to be more precise, in March of the mentioned year. Project L..Hermite was first introduced live on June 13th, 2003, in Acatraz Auditórium, and it was really very well accepted and backed up. L..Hermite was also accredited by the Spanish magazine Guitarrista, being the EP nominated for “Maqueta Del Mes” (Guitarrista Magazine, Nº 68, April 2004) and also issueing and bringing out the song “El Túnel De Las Almas” in the cd of such magazine. L..Hermite was also mentioned in the Spanish magazine Guitarra actual (issue nº 17), and Rock Zone magazine web page (www.zona-zero.net), published a lengthy commentary on the EP.
L..Hermite’s second album “Imágenes del Microcosmos”, was finished at the beginning of April, 2006, being this project a bit more extense and eclectic than the first one. This second project was also welcomed and recognized by different publications and issues, for instance, in the Spanish magazine Guitarra Total (issue nº 99), Guitarrista (issue Nº 97) and Guitarra Actual (issue Nº 32). This second piece of work was also commented on in the Spanish publication Rock Estatal (issue Nº 4).

Doro Fulminanter Abschluss DORO's "Fear No Evil"-Tour
Zum Abschluss der "Fear No Evil"-Welttournee hat Doro Pesch noch einmal einige musikalische Freunde eingeladen, um unter dem Motto "Noisegate Christmas Metal" einen gebührenden Tourabschluss, aber auch mit Freunden und treuen Fans ein metallisches Vorweihnachtsfest zu feiern. hi there carlos! i hope everything is fine with you :) i can imagine you're very busy now with the concert coming up, i wish you the best of luck once it takes place! :) over here things have been quite busy lately, i've been at school a LOT since we've recorded tracks in the studio at the school this week and had to rehearse a lot before the recordings. i've played the drums on three tracks, drums are so much fun ^^ i hope you are having a lovely weekend! many hugs!
