Billed as having a "broad appeal" with a unique use of language and dramatic timing creating a very different slant on that common acoustic music style, Liam Mather delivers a strong vocal product with tight supporting rhythms that truly bring a listener on their own journey throughout his music!
Mather's song style is a result of personal reflection and unique perspective on life's nuances building a story that carries throughout his songs. His focus on life as a journey, not a destination, drives him to constantly reinvent his sound. Inspirations range from local indie rockers on the Halifax scene to his own personal take on music's sound, creating a truly unique experience for any listener.
Currently, Liam is working toward a demo CD release, to be available in early 2008 and will then be looking to fill up his schedule for the coming year. Hi there Liam Mather first of all we'd like to say thanks for being our myspace pal. We wanted to make sure you knew the reason incase we suddenly vanish off of your friends list. The movement we've started for indie artists has grown significantly and consumes all of our time these days. We seldom sign into our myspace account and this is making several people believe that we are ignoring them. We are not ignoring anyone, we wanted everyone to know that. What we're doing has become so busy we just don't have the time for myspace any longer, so in all honesty we are probably going to just close our myspace account.
