On October 29 and 30 De Kreun (in Kortrijk, Belgium) organizes for the fourth time the Sonic City festival. Each year, a new band curates the festival.
After Millionaire ('07) and Dälek ('09), Deerhoof ('10) this year's edition is assembled by Liars, who came up with an impressive mix of legends as Melvins and Chris & Cosey, of influential bands as Oneida and Sightings over truly hot break-trough acts as Washed Out and Factory Floor.
The Festival opens on October 28 with the European première of the movie KARP, a documentary about the now legendary underground band Kill All Redneck Pricks.
