A man saw what was happening at Ft Hood on the news. The husband of one of his employees was stationed there so he called her into his office and toold her what was going on there. She was able to get a text message from her husband saying "I am okay".
Right away her cell began to ring . It was an ER nurse who said "I'm the one who sent you the text-not your husband." She thought the message would be a comfort but immediately realized that she was wrong." I'm sorrybut your husband has been shot six times, he's in surgery now."
The wife left Southern Clinic in Dothan and drove all night.
Here is a photo I just recieved from my brotherthat was taken today in the hospital room. He is awake and will recover. His wife, who lives in Dothan, made it to Ft Hood about the time that he was waking up. I thought that I'd share the outcome.
