Liberated is a new Christian Country band that started out February 2008 while having their first concert in March. As a little girl Diana's heroes were "Gospel Express". She watched there video's till they were almost worn out! While growing up she always loved singing and so this is just totally her dream coming true! Diana gives God all the praise for giving her the desire and ability to sing for Him!
Cheryl didn't ever dream that she would be on a band.. but she always loved singing. She gives God all the credit 4 the opportunity to sing with "Liberated".
Merle Ray while playing in a Country band was asked to join Liberated as guitarist/vocalist. Merle was given his first guitar as a Christmas gift from his Parents and in later years learned to play. Merle says "he has always loved to sing Gospel music, and is happy to be a part in a Christian band". So after a few good concerts with Liberated he decided to drop the other band.
Wayne is currently doing double duty. Playing in two bands is keeping him busy and after watching and hearing him you will understand why. He does an awesome job on electric lead guitar and also some harmonica. Liberated feels very grateful to have him in the band!!
Seth has been on board since our second concert at The Gathering Place. He is currently also playing in their family band. He does a great job of keeping us in timing with his bass, and also has the ability of playing mandolin even though we haven't heard it yet lol.

Hey Merle!!! Thanks for the comment. It was awesome to meet all of you as well. You guys sounded awesome. I was very surprised to learn that it was the first time that you guys performed in front of a crowd that large. You sure couldn't tell. That festival was very awe inspiring. It reminded me of pictures that I've seen of the old tent revival days when bands used to travel and play under the big tents. We had such a good time....We hore to see you all very soon.
