We are deep within cause.
Like water it surrounds us.
We are deep enough to drown.
We are not afraid.
Too deep. Too long.
Our heads are light.
Fear is forgotten.
Our thoughts--unfound,
     lost in buoyancy.
We float We fly
in a world that is not ours.
We laugh and we laugh.
Bubbles rise from our mouths.
We are drowning. We know.
We are dying. We know.
We are happy. Content.
Lost, deep in cause.
We drown.

The howler's moon, the full one,
lit orange through the haze.
Igniting again the madness
of those dark glory days.

The madness engulfed me.
I swung and I lunged,
with fists and through worlds...
I hit nothing but air.

As the madness grew tiring,
I fell upon the sand
as I dreamt of eating children,
I indulged the Devil's hand.
While I groaned in cruel pleasure,
"Animal is Man."

Without fear I rest,
hours left in my breath.
A world seen in My image
fades away from the mirage.

Every power I've held on to,
every place I thought I was,
laughingly dissolves as equality
shines exactly.
