Liberty In Embers began as a skeleton crew in the spring of 2006 with long time friends and bandmates Lee Bolden on guitar and Dustin Baker on the drums. Over the following year and a half the band auditioned and jammed with some of the most talented bass players and vocalists native to the Huntsville Alabama heavy metal scene. By fall of 2008 the band had solidified with Anson Helton on bass guitar duties and the addition of Kevin Bullard on the vocals. With a visionary cornerstone set the heavy metal construction was built. A scorching blend of old school thrash along with lyrics that are healthily disrespectful of authority the band has begun to build a cult following.
