About me:
I'm Elizabeth/Bethie/Liz/Lizzy. Just don't call me my first name- that's reserved for my parents' sole usage, and most of us involuntarily block out most of what our parents say until the mid-20's crisis hits. I'm a college student. Not sure what I'll end up majoring in but it isn't astronomy, calculus, CHINESE LITERATURE or any other stuff I'll be forced to take before this song and dance is through. I eventually want to work for some type of progressive organization, whether its on environmental issues, animal advocacy, etc. "Be the change you want to see in the world." I am a proud contributor to the bane of dim-wits everywhere: "Snark Culture". The internet provides the perfect combination of editorial options and anonymity unavailable in real life to progressives, liberals, dirty commies, and all the rest of my ilk. I enjoy listening to folksy music, playing with crafts and painting, and trying to stay sane in a house with two perpetually warring felines. >.<
