We use to come visit my grandmother at least once a year and stay for at least 4 days. We got to play in the country and it was so much fun.
I was raised in Baytown, Texas, 30 miles east of Houston. So I'm a city girl but loved to play outside when I was a kid. My Dad passed away 6 years ago, but he was a wonderful man and I miss him every single day.
The man that stood up for my Dad when he was married still lives in Jackson so that is who we visit when we come. Are you a native?
