Featured DJ: Eddie Coulter In an ever evolving music scene only the innovative will survive by constantly keeping one step ahead of the rest. Eddie Coulter is one of the most innovative DJs on the Sydney Club scene with a versatile style that is nothing short of eclectic. Eddie seamlessly blends deep soulful house, latin tribal and electro tech sounds to create one unique vibe. Over the past three years he has played main room sets at most major Clubs in Sydney including Home, the Chinese Laundry and Tank. Major events include Mardi Gras 30th Anniversary Party and Sydney’s annual Summer Gay Day Festival in 2007 and 2008. Eddie has supported top International DJs such as Carl Kennedy, Tom Stephan, Tracy Young, Soul Avengerz and Alan Thompson. After a guest appearance at Tank for Defected in The House in 2006 Eddie was invited by Alan Thompson to be part of Sydney’s DTPM Parties. Originating from Fabric in London, DTPM Sydney is famous for its upfront house and electro and hosts around six parties at Tank every year. Current residencies include the Bixa Mafia Brazilian Parties at Slide, GAZE Sunday at Trademark with Alex Taylor and Kate Monroe and guest appearances at the Bank Hotel. Eddie is one of a select few working DJs throughout Australia chosen to submit his weekly top twenty tracks to the Aria Club Charts.
