A deposit of 50% of the studio hire fee is required at the time of booking, eg Full Day booking deposit will be £50.00 and the balance will be payable at the end of the shoot

Cash or Card
Cancellation Charge
50% of your booking fee will be charged as an administration fee, if you cancel 72 hours prior to your shoot you will loose the whole booking fee unless we can rehire the studio
Breakages and damages
Any damage to the studio and equipment will be the responsibility of the person hiring the studio and will be payable at the end of the shoot.
Public Liability
Public Liability Insurance is completely the responsibility of the Photographer or person hiring the studio to ensure cover for accidents to Crew, Assistants, Models, Staff, and Team whilst on the premises of The Light Studio
Health and Safety
The Light Studio will not under any circumstances be held responsible or liable for any injury, accident or damage caused by the person hiring the studio nor any person involved in the shoot or guest present in relation to the hirer whilst on the premises of The Light Studio
Equipment Hire Charge
9ft wide Colorama Background Paper Roll in Black, White Grey is charged at £8 per meter if damaged or dirtied (eg foot prints, creases).
Other colours can be brought in at £75 per roll

The Light Studios are now doing special discount shoot in the evenings for Actors, Models, Dancers, Singers, Circus Performers and Musicians
We have photographers highly experienced in shooting artists for Publicity shots
We have twelve years of experience in running a successful agency dealing with Film, Television, Theater, Records Labels and Castings

* Free advice on breaking into the arts if required

We have facilities to do group bookings, details on request
The shoot will be over 1.5 hours, you will be given a variety of Studio and Location Shots
If you have certain requirements we will be happy to discuss them with you
We also have available Make Up Artists, Hair Stylists and Stylists
If you need your shoot choreographed we have choreographers
