Dancing by Ruby Turner [lili li] (LittleDog Press) found its way into my moist embrace two separate times during the last month. I lost myself almost painfully in it for a whole afternoon, and when a male friend of mine happened to pick it up later and comment that the amount of the book devoted to sex seemed to get in the way of the story, I almost tore him limb from limb...it was the fact that I could relate in a very real and familiar way to the sensations, thoughts, and experiences of this woman's life. Ruby Turner dances with words with a "fierce and holy joy."

lili and walter met in 1991 when lili walked into a bar on 6th street where Walter’s rockabilly band was playing. They married a year later and began performing together as an acoustic duo in 2007.
