After a year and a half on hiatus,Lilin is back! After leaving Lilin due to the lack of rehearsing and dedication it takes to make true supreme american black metal,Lord Brandon Nero is back on all guitars as well as taking over lead vocals. With Draugr not being asked to join back cause of "lack ov dedication and commitment'' Baron (who has worked with Succorbenoth) will be taking over on bass and backing vocals as well as a contributing member. And ov course remaining blasting on the throne will be Troll. Lilin was started as a two peice by Troll and Draugr in early 2007,but after 9 monthes it was apparent they needed a guitarist,so after playing in several bands with Troll,Lord Nero (LivEvil,Glaurung,etc.) joins and brings the material that will soon bring them out ov the basement:"Descecration ov the Earth","Upon the Winter throne","Bloodmoon'' to name a few. After releasing a 5-song e.p. titled "Darkness Arise" in 2008, which included a cover ov the mighty Dark Throne's "Transilvanian Hunger",and playing gigs throughout that year. After building a small cult following Nero became frustrated with the direction and lack ov rehearsing the band was falling in,he decided to leave to form Pagan Fear in '09 but never released anything. Draugr and Troll tried to carry on only releasing 2 tracks before calling it a day. So Here in September 2009 Lilin is back working on new material for their debut which will be called "Order Ov The Black Circle"which will hopefully be self-released next spring,"Christgrinder" is the first song to be heard off this work in progress and promises to deliver "True Supreme American Black Metal" As it is meant to be heard.
