Lilith comes from Radom (central Poland). It was started in 1997 as the Regnum Irae quintet. At the beginning of 1998, they recorded their first demo "Kraina Cieni"("The Land of Fear"). In the middle of 1999 many changes appeared. From the basic line-up only Krzysztof Lyzwinski and Oskar Takosoglu - the guitarists - left. Four new people joined the band: Agnieszka Lorien Czerwinska, Eryk Chodyra, Piotr Jopek Zajac, and Wojciech Drozdowski, and in this line-up the decision about changing the name of the band into LILITH was taken. With the new strength, they started working on the new material,which resulted in demo recorded in 2000, 'The Land of Fear'. After numerous line-up changes, in 2003 the band recorded another material - live, entitled simply Live One. It consisted of 4 songs, including SLAYER's cover Seasons in the Abyss. Live One was sent to many independent magazines and radio stations, and it gained positive reviews. In August 2003 Lilith took part in Mazurska Musicorama Rock Festival. They were chosen (as well as 9 other bands) to play there out of 130 bands from all over Poland. In October 2003 the video to "Zemsta" ("Revenge") was shot. This dynamic and varied song is placed on the second demo of the band. In December 2003 Tomasz Latos joined Lilith. His guitar has strengthened the sound of the band. In 2004 "Tres Dimenciones de la Muerte" ("Three Dimensions of Death") material was released and the new video to Ostatnia Noc ("The Last Night") song was shot. Another important event was getting into the top of the hit list in one of the Polish radio stations. In the year 2005 a very important (for a band) change took place: three people left the band. Rehearsals with three new members brought desired results quite quickly. In 2006, LILITH worked on the new material and played many gigs with famous bands from Poland (Closterkeller, Artrosis) and not only (Night by Night - Ben Christo solo project (the guitarist of the Sisters of Mercy))... In December 2006 recording session began, and it was completed in February 2007. The new promo stuff consists of four songs: Redemption, Strength Given by Pain, Chwila ('The Moment'), Rozczarowanie (+English version of this song-'Disappointment'). Some of the songs have been promoted by many radio stations. 'Disappointment' got into the top of the 'Top List" in Fabryka Radio from Poland, and 'Strength Given by Pain' also reached first place in Centrum Radio in Rzeszow... ..
