In the summer of 2007, Lillies and Remains a New Wave/Post Punk band suddenly appeared and is most likely to be “THE BAND” of the Japanese indie rock scene.
With Kent (Vocals/Guitar) as the core of the band the members met attending the same college and formed in 2006 in Kyoto.
Neils Children is raised as one of their favorites which can be found/heard.
Their edgy yet metallic guitar sound is their bold characteristic that is their nucleus/weapon and their nihilistic sense completely makes a clear distinction from other bands.
Front man Kent started writing/composing songs around the age of 15, backed with an enormous knowledge of music he plants various hooks in the songs that can knock you out by listening once, and the killer tunes also give off the overwhelming presence to change the atmosphere of a place in a split moment.
In order to change not only Japan but also the rock scene of the world, the talent to watch out for has emerged from Japan… and they are Lillies and Remains.
The time has come. The talent finally takes off the veil to shake the world.
