LIME is an ART AND MUSIC exhibition and programme of events, happening in the Central Library in Leeds over September this year. It includes loads of displays relating to art and music, and info about how to get involved. Various art and music groups are participating, and there are loads of workshops and events as part of it. See the blog for dates and times!

It will run from September 4th to September 28th in the library's 1st floor exhibition space and will include:
- 3D interactive installations by Manifesta and Chinchilla
- Displays by Oblong, Studio 12 and Cloth Cat
- A series of short films (music and art) by DIY film-makers
- An art exhibition by local artists, entitled 'Scribe'
- Black Dogs book launch
- Music and art workshops (see the blog above)
- 'DIY Curious' - An exhibition of gig art - poster art, photography, paintings, flyers, badges, zines, cds, record-sleeve artwork, t-shirts
- A gig/party to mark the close of the event - on Sat 27th Sept
If you want to get involved in LIME we are looking for invigilation volunteers, people to host workshops, set up exhibition displays, contribute work etc.

A rare rare UK show from this avant-pop, chamber-punk trailblazer. Armed with dynamic vocals and innovative, self-styled cello virtuosity Madigan ignites the Bonfire with a shebeen of soul-art-string-sounds. Madigan has previously played with seminal riot grrl band Tattle Tale and is a founding collective member of the autonomous mental health collective ‘The Icarus Project’ www. theicarusproject. net
