About me:

.. Hi! My name is Barb! (aka Bonny Babs!)I am a work-a-holic.

I am a professional costume designer and seamstress I own and run, a custom clothing and costume business. This is my full time job (and then some!). I do clothing and costume design work, as well as pattern draft, sew, style wigs, etc. I currently have 4 other seamstresses/craftspeople and secretary working under me. Together we craft about 300 costumes a year.

Most of the work we have done thus far is in the field of cosplay - making custom costumes for fans of anime, games, and comics for use at the 100+ fan based conventions that go on world wide each year. We are also able to do custom designed work for all kinds of performers: bands, burlesque dancers, theater, movies, circus performers, belly dancers - the list goes on! You tell me what you want and we can make it! XD

For my hobbies . . .

I also draw, do some illustration work and paint. I occasionally model as well and I am always looking for new photographers to work with - especially ones that would like to photograph big, crazy costumes!!

I own two ferrets, Faraday and Pudding. Despite being named after a scientist Faraday is dim-witted, but lovable that way. Pudding is a crafty pain-in-the-ass. She is a thief of shiny objects, and anything rubbery ... like ALL of my erasures. :( But I love her anyway, especially when she is hyper and doing war dances!
