top musicians performing some of the most difficult
and exciting music ever written: the music of RUSH.Twice selected to play the OFFICIAL RUSH convention "RUSHCON" in Toronto Canada in the past 3 years!
Members of LIMELIGHT also perform in varying
combinations in such bands as Your Name Hear, Kicksville, AKA, Toxik, Blast Room, Jam Syndicate, and
Scudmunch. With this vast experience and hundreds of
live performances under their belts, these musicians
formed LIMELIGHT to bring their favorite music, Rush, to
local audiences.

Limelight has strived to bring our fans the best tribute to Rush that we are capable of. Over the years, the show has grown in size and scope, along with the operating expenses that come with each performance. To maintain this level of performance, there are a limited number of venues that are appropriate, which makes it difficult to play with any regularity. Due to these rising operating costs and the lack of support from clubs, Limelight will be on hiatus until the late Spring of 2009.
