Movies
Comedy, drama, documentaries, foreign, you name it. If it gets more than half a star when reviewed, that's good enough for me. The real losers are reserved for cable at 4 AM.
Television
HBO although AMC has outdone them with Mad Men.( love it!). Just got hooked on Swingtown ( so 70's, the get ups alone will have you howling. Oh.. those memories of my Diane Von Furstenberg wrap dress). Tru TV, "it's not reality it's actuality" and don't you forget it. Why do I like Forensic Files so much? Hmmm, my husband is beginning to wonder as well. I love the "judge" shows. Judge Judy gets my vote for her faux lace collar and Judge Alex gets my vote for being a cutie. Those shows also remind me of the importance of a good contract.
Books
The book group thing hasn't worked out for me lately so I have to browse the libes and Borders in search of a good read. Enjoying non fiction these days. I like a good "unauthorized" biography. I think the "unauthorized" factor is key to my enjoyment. Btw, I avoid what Oprah is reading. I was quite disappointed to find that there is no "Secret" in the "Secret". The "Secret" is not listening to schmucks hawking a book trying to convince you there's a "Secret".
Yeah, def!!! It was great, I almost peed myself, which got me picked on later in the night for getting up to use the restroom, it's all good though. LMAO. I think you guys were the best we've seen yet at Marinelli's and we have been going for a few years now. I'm gonna check out your schedule and try to make it, truly hilarious!!!!
