Linda & Jessica sing with tight harmonies whether they are performing their soulful blues, rock or ballads. During the late 70's and 80's Linda led successful rock bands in the Northwest. Now together Linda and her daughter Jessica perform Linda's originals which may remind you of Bonnie Raitt, Joni Mitchell, Ricky Lee Jones, Sarah McLaughlin, Fleetwood Mac or even the Allman Brothers. Jessica adds her writing skills to the mix, beautiful voice and looks, she plays the acoustic guitar. Linda & Jessica can perform by themselves but together with their band they will rock the house!
Performing solos since third grade, well known manager, Chuck Morris recognized her talent and started managing her at the young age of 15. She moved out of Colorado at 19 performing up and down the coast playing guitar as a solo act. At 21 she switched to bass guitar traveling on the road with several bands including Moon Dance, a successful rock band based in Ellensburg Washington.
Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis while performing in the Northwest Linda continues on with her band despite MS.
Linda's perseverance and drive, take her music to a new level! There is no better example then "DON'T LET IT STOP YOU" and "MAKE SOME NOISE"
Linda is getting international attention. The National MS Societyinvited her in her band to perform in Chicago for their National Conference. Also recognized by MS Ireland and healthcare reform. They performed in Denver during the DNC for a healthcare reform rally along with DeVotchKa and Death Cab for Cutie.
Linda Storey has always followed her passion music. She has worked in all the genres and brings them together in her writing. Linda and Jessica along with their band they have played at the Gothic Theatre, Soiled Dove, Cervantes, Brendan's, The Denver Performing Arts Center, Swallow Hill, Jazz @ Jack's and other venues in Denver. Evergreen's Little Bear, Lyons's Oskar Blues and the South Park Music Festival. Linda and Jessica have toured together throughout many states since 2004. In 2008 they joined with the John O Gods from Amsterdam to record and tour through Colorado, promoting their two new songs. They flew to Chicago in November 2008 to perform for the National MS Society's Annual Conference. They performed together in Amsterdam on March 19, 2009 at the Paradiso that two of the performances in the Netherlands.
July 2009 they perform six shows in five days together with Mark Gilligan and the new band the Screaming MacSweeneys, and in Your Face Irish Band, the magic happens when the two bands join together!
Linda is founder and president of CASE for MS which produces the "Rockin' out MS" concerts. Other famous and local bands that have joined in Rockin' out MS
include, Firefall, Chris Daniels and the Kings, Melissa Ivy, Tim Hanauer, Nina Storey, Wendy Woo and many others. Her nonprofit organization donates to the National MS Society, MS research centers, Musicians that have MS and advocacy projects.

After pre-release tours in Colorado and Georgia, Dehlia Low’s new full-length cd “Tellico” will be presented for the first time in Asheville this Thursday at the Grey Eagle ($8/10, thegreyeagle.com)! Several cuts off the new disk can be heard on at www.myspace.com/dehlialow and live takes of a few of the songs will be performed Thursday afternoon on WNCW 88.7FM. Thursday night’s show will also be a chance for those of you who didn’t make it to Merlefest to hear Lyons, Colorado’s own Spring Creek Bluegrass Band, who are also preparing to release a new disk next month. Dehlia Low will also be joined by “Tellico” producer Jon Stickley of the Shannon Whitworth band. We hope to see you out and thanks for supporting live, original, and local music.
