Linda Marie Noyes was born in New York City in 1966.
By age seven she took classical piano. At age eight she composed her first piano piece, and performed her first recital for an audience of 400 people at her elementary school.
By age 11 she would sing with her older sister in Central Park for tips.
At 14 she studied voice and drama for six months in Fort Lauderdale. In High School she took additional piano classes and began composing numerous songs.
On the complete opposite side, Linda took additional interests. Determined for a while to join the Air Force as a reconnaissance pilot, she attended flight school at North Perry Airport in Pembroke Pines, Florida. By age 17 she performed her first solo flight in a Cessna 152. She additionally joined her high school cross country running team, and would run seven miles per day to train.
By 19 years of age she obtained her first music job in Hollywood Beach, Florida, and met what would be the cultivator and teacher of her raw musical talents, Roy Smith-a suberb singer/songwriter/pianist, who was a seasoned, highly experienced musican. Needless to say the music took her over.
Linda has performed in bands up to seven pieces, played and sang back-up for celebrated country recording artist, John Anderson, in Albany Georgia, toured the Dallas, Texas and Southeastern states from the Florida Keys up to South Carolina.
As a songwriter she composes the lyrics, the melodies, arrangement and production of every instrument, sings lead and background vocals.
She is the proud mom of her 15 year old daughter, Samantha Ashley, who attends all honor classes and is studying Film Production at G-Star School of the Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida, and has certainly inherited the gift of music.
Performing for SunCruz Casinos since 1995, she presently performs on The SunCruz 1, (the company's very first vessel), located in Key Largo Florida, every Friday and every other Sunday.
She is also performs at Gilbert's Resort and Marina in Key Largo every Thursday evening.
Named "Entertainer Of The Month" by the Conch Republic's Coconut Telegraph Newspaper for January 2008, Linda is also in the midst of completing her album with co-producer, Daniel Filippini.
