writing, reading, watching movies that entertain, yoga of all styles, weight training and exercise, jazz, classical music, doing things other people wouldn't,eavesdropping, blogging and blog lurking, pretending to be a PI just for the sake of a story, staying out of jail, telling other people's stories my way, spitting out bad wine, sneaking into movie theaters and theme parks, feng shui, sushi, shopping, SHOES, books, shareware music, technological advances I can barely understand the need for but want anyway, sports cars I can afford, and the words written about the ones I can't even rent for a day.
Music
I like it all, classical, country, rock, new age, punk, R&B. The odder the better. I especially lately enjoy Euro inspired balladic music and listen to the SPA channel on Sirius when I'm writing.
Musicians are the most amazing people in the world. Well, second to writers, of course.
Movies
Anything action-filled. Fast cars/ A definite plus. I love foreign films too- they seem to understand how to take more risks than the feeble Hollywood-ites who prefer to remake the same story over and over and over again.
Television
I have an ongoing love-hate relationship with my 133" screen.

As you may or may not know, I turned twenty-five recently. Instead of gifts this year, I'm asking everyone to join my Email List on www. jjhebert. net. Unconventional, my newest novel, will be published by Mindstir Media later this year, and joining the Email List will ensure that you receive updates regarding my book release, contests, giveaways, and more.
Just wanted to give you a heads up that my latest forensic crime thriller, Freezer Burn, is coming out June 3! It will be available in bookstores everywhere next week, and it’s available for preorder on Amazon right now! I'll be doing a bunch of events in and around Philadelphia. For details, see my profile. Thanks for the friendship!
Join me this Sunday, 7-9 p.m. EST for an online chat at www. writerschatroom. com, where I'll be chatting about writing, publishing, my books, and pretty much anything else you'd care to discuss.
