I'm Linda. And the following is all going to sound quite formal, but I'll throw in a random joke later.
I work at BBC Berkshire and cover the prolific bands scene in the area, both signed and unsigned.
I present and produce a lovely little radio show called The Session Introducing. It's part of the BBC Introducing brand of shows that covers musicians and bands who are either unsigned, undiscovered or under the radar.
Featuring live band sessions, music interviews, demo panels and of course great music, The Session is broadcast on Sundays from 7pm to 8pm on 104.4FM, 104.1FM, DAB digital radio or via the website at BBC Berkshire.
What's more, if you've missed the show then you can Listen Again for seven days after each broadcast via the BBC Berkshire homepage. So there's no excuse to miss it!
If any bands with a BERKSHIRE connection would like to get in touch or send any demos, please email me at: linda.serck@bbc.co.uk, email me at myspace, or send stuff to:
