Having filled their lives with a world of music consisting of a wide variety of some of the most requested songs throughout the years. Ranging from country, blues, classic rock, to 50’s, also with some memorable acoustic songs showing a blend of diversity. Each show is for their audience for them to be a part of what the band loves to do.
A combination of experience, hard work and dedication, has lead this band into a performance that has given them the opportunity to front recording artists: Sawyer Brown, The Judds, Alabama, Barbara Mandrel, Highway 101, Stonewall Jackson, Confederate Railroad, and most recently The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, among others.
Linda and her husband Doug have shared a life of music with their son Jason, who now takes center stage with them on lead guitar and creating a trio blend of harmonies. The band members all contribute to form a band that
brings each show a quality that audiences remember. Consisting of some of the areas youthful and brightest players, Amanda Verkamp fills in vocals and keyboard. Paul Waninger resonates the heartbeat of the band on drums,
while Reggie Brewer fuels up the band on bass.
Building their own niche in originality, Linda Smith Band has brought together their second album, "A COLLECTION OF NOW AND THEN", which includes currently released title song “If It’s A Dream,” receiving enthusiasm from radio sponsors and listeners with profits going to help military families. They are currently working on their new cd to be released 2010.
