ENERGY HOUR is a fitness motivational audio CD designed for both men and women by Fitness Expert and Author of FIT, FEMININE & FABULOUS Linda Vu. It’s based on her proven motivational techniques to get your body moving to lose weight, improve circulation and muscle tone, relieve stress, build confidence and help you look and feel years younger.

Linda coaches you throughout the CD, which also contains energetic music to make your walk, jog or exercise enjoyable. This program focuses on teaching you the motivational skills that will help you to develop a trim, fit and healthy body.

The ENERGY HOUR is also designed to help you improve your energy and achieve mental and physical strength. Although it was designed primarily to use during a cardio workout, this audio CD can also be used while exercising, driving, working or other enjoyable activities.

The book contains work out routines for losing weight, toning exercises along with nutritional information to help you achieve your personal goals. It also contains my proven motivational techniques preparing you to be physically and mentally strong. This book is a realistic approach and doesn’t promise miracles but if you follow my nutritional menu and exercise routines, I promise any woman can reach her goals. The only way this book doesn’t work is if you simply leave it on the shelf or cheat.

FIT, FEMININE & FABULOUS is not a “textbook” to fitness but rather a book based on my real life experiences as a Certified Fitness Trainer, Model and Actress and what I personally do to stay fit. It is also a fun read with some truly humorous, tragic and heartbreaking stories I’ve encountered that will both enlighten and inspire you to take control of your life.
