The very nature of the HOBO-cat tells you right up front that this is a revolving band who are so good they work often and for great folks. Lindy Loo feels right PROUD that her current HoboCats are the best in town with Alan Lee Backer on guitar; Uncle Izzy Zaidman on guitar; Nate Landau on stand up bass and Dennis Lichtman on fiddle & mandolin.
Although he is busy with many projects currently, Matt Walsh-a great guitarist & songwriter-has been known to hoboCat around and actually accompanied Lindy Loo as the original HoboCat! All these Cats are great and the sound will totally make you PURRRRRRR!

Sounds Like
Hillbillies on moonshine howlin' at the full moon and havin' themselves a BIG time a cuttin' up. Our hope is that the audience has half as much fun as we do! Some folks also say we're a little bit like the Maddox Brothers and Rose, but shucks, that's an awful BIG compliment and awful BIG Stetsons to fill but we'll shore try!
One moonlit summer evening, Lindy Loo was tryin' to outrun the feller her daddy had married her off to at the tender age of 17, Hiram Pipsqueak of the Pottowatamie Pipsqueaker Clan out in the flatlands of Hope, Kansas. Just when she thought she had it made in the shade, the Railroad Crossing sign commenced to clanging and a-flashin' and she stopped her old '55 Oldsmobile just in time to keep from hitting the train.
Knowing Hiram was shore to catch up to her now-she abandoned her trusty ol' blue car and ran toward the train, grabbing ahold of the metal handles on the outside of one of the slow moving boxcars and hoisted herself up into the darkness of that old car. As she began to settle herself she became aware of the prettiest music coming from the other side of the car - and as her eyes got used to the dim light she saw, to her amazement a group of Hoboes-but not just any Hobos- these were HoboCATS and they were playing the best old timey country and bluegrass she had heard since she was a child.
Lindy Loo and her newfound friends sang and played all the way to California and back across this great land of ours, pickin' and playin' all the way to New York City. They picked out some shiny aluminum trash cans as their makeshift home and studio and have been havin' a ball ever since. Sure, every now and then one of the HoboCats sees a pretty little kitty strolling down the alley and they might disappear fer awhile but when they get back "home" they play better than ever and have the biggest smiles you ever did see and they make Lindy Loo sound so good she almost feels purrrrrr-fectly ready for her Grand Ol' Opry debut!
