Most people who know me think I just listen to country music, but I listen to all kinds of music. Jazz, Oldies, Classical, Rock, Metal, Grunge, Indie, etc...... I have been known to listen to something from every genre at least once.
Movies
When I watch a movie, I always hope to learn something from it. I look to movies to learn things about myself and the world we all live in. Lately, I guess I have been in the need of a lot of laughter because most of the movies that I have been watching are comedy's.
Television
I only watch news, History channel, or Discovery. Sometimes I may watch something On SciFi.
Books
The next book on my must read list is The Artists' Way by Julia Cameron. It is a twelve week course designed to help you spiritually connect with your art. Writer's painters, photographers, poets, and musicians have all been helped by this book. I just wish I had the time to read it. I guess I will be making time to read and work through the book soon enough.
Heroes
My Mom is a real inspiration to me.
Since I have served my country myself, everyone who makes that sacrifice is a hero to me too.

I find it hard to describe myself, because everyone seems to always know a lot more about you than you do. So, I guess I can start by saying how other people have described me.
Some People have said that I have a big head. I guess that's from all the knowledge that I have accumulated. Yes I do consider myself intelligent, and I am proud of it.
I have been told that I am very passionate. Yes I am passionate about a lot of things including, learning new things, teaching other people, geeky stuff, writing, nature photography, and my work.
Most of my friends say that they can talk about anything with me. Yes, I love to talk, but I also love to listen. I am open, honest, and nonjudgmental. I have read a lot about a lot, so I can talk a little about almost any subject. I don't like to come off as a know-it-all, but people are surprised when they ask me a question and I say I don't know the answer.
