About me:
Linvilla Orchards is a 300-acre farm dedicated to agriculture, entertainment and education.
We raise our own fresh fruits and vegetables. You can “pick-your-own” or purchase them in our Farm Market. Our crops include: apples, peaches, pears, plums, nectarines, apricots, grapes, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, straw, pumpkins, winter and summer squash, sweet corn, tomatoes, eggplants, peppers and Christmas Trees.
The Farm Market is filled with gourmet foods, honey, preserves, fresh apple cider, fresh milk and eggs, select cheeses, premium ice cream, candies, homemade fudge, caramel and candy apples, fruit baskets, candles, collectibles, farm toys, gifts and a full line of fresh produce.
Our bakery features fresh baked goods including: bread, pizza, hors d’oeuvres, cakes, cookies, pastries, apple cider doughnuts and over 40 varieties of our world-famous pies.
We offer beautiful annuals and perennials, full hanging baskets, mountains of mums, fruit trees, shrubs, pines, gardening gear, pots, mulch and soil in our plant department.
During the months of September and October, Pumpkinland takes center stage at Linvilla Orchards. Larger than life figures and scarecrows illustrate the legends and lore of the harvest season, local history and some of the many stories of pumpkins and apples. See our piles of pumpkins in all shapes and sizes, straw bales, corn shocks, fall decorations of all kinds, masks, costumes and toys. Don’t get lost in our straw bale or cornfield maze! An annual trip to Pumpkinland is a Delaware Valley family tradition.
Take a hayride thru our fields and orchards; climb aboard our passenger train “The Playland Express;” experience a ride on a real pony; let “Face Painting by Stacey” transform you into a princess or Spiderman, visit with the farm animals, catch a big fish in Orchard Lake and play in our all new Playland Playground.
If you get hungry lunch and dinner are available in our bakery or the Linvilla Grill.
Our festivals are tons of fun and focus on our most popular crops: Strawberries, Raspberries & Cherries, Blueberries, Tomatoes, Peaches, Sweet Corn and Apples. They feature children's entertainment, games, contests, music, costumed characters like Dora, Elmo and Bob the Builder, ice cream sundaes, special baked goods and Pick-Your-Own Fruit.
Special Events include National Pie Day, our annual fishing derby, flower festival, antique car show and flea market, employee alumni picnic, Johnny Appleseed arts and crafts show, Christmas open house and cut-your-own Christmas trees.
Our concert series presents live music featuring Blues, Country, Peruvian and Children’s Music.
Extra special hayrides for children of all ages include our Hayrides to Bunnyland, Autumn Moon Hayrides, Hayrides to the Witches’ House and Winter Solstice Hayride.
We offer a variety of programs for groups: School and Camp Tours, Evening Hayrides with Campfires and Birthday Parties.
Linvilla Orchards also operates two private swim clubs: Knowlton and Hidden Hollow. Memberships are available.
Our Farm Market and Bakery are open all year.
