There’s a Reason you haven’t heard from the dynamic and award-winning duo Lionel & Leslie in a while. Since their 2003 full CD release of This Moment. The duet extraordinaire have been busy touring and preparing for their current enhanced CD release Message By Angel (Hold On) released on the couple's anniversary July 19th. In true Lionel & Leslie fashion, only kicked up 10 notches the two deliver their Inspirational Soul music on an entirely different level. Still giving you inspirational messages, the echoes and somersaults of their melodically soothing tones are absolutely delightful. With lyrics filled and laced to R&B style music this husband and wife duo clearly believe that Jesus has ordered their steps to the next level in their ministry. The current project is one that once you put it in your CD player, you won’t want to take it out! Your new favorite CD will have you captivated and Praising God from track one to twelve with not one being skipped. Already among the favorites are Praise Him (recently released as a single), Jesus (pt.2), Let Go and Let God, and a remake of Lionel Ritchie’s Still. In addition the CD includes two music videos of Fixed on You and Praise Him. Lionel and Leslie’s media credits are quite outstanding. Who is better to tell you some things about yourself, than your maker. He knows your beginning to the end. Though we may not understand the process, the END is what matters to God. We may make a mess of things, or feel life is futile at times, but faith in knowing that we serve a FAITHFUL GOD, should enable us to trust him to bring forth the goodness in our lives.

Thought I would drop off a reminder: Word for today: THE WAY - TO THE PERFECT WILL OF GOD FOR YOUR LIFE The choice is ours: Romans 12: 2 We are called to be different/the opposite of the world. THIS WORLD IS NOT OUR HOME, DON’T FEEL PRESSURED TO LIVE LIKE IT IS Conforming, means us allowing something to change us to be like, act, or copy it. (This is FAKE, not the real you, you have just bought into a lie that will never last or lead you into your rightful place.) The world works from outwards desensitizing us within, so that we become blind, & deaf to the things of God, & so that we may follow it. (Wonder who’s behind this?) God tells us to go the opposite way of the world, & we will find him there. Be transformed by the renewing of our minds. God operates via his spirit to our hearts & minds, revealing his goodness, which teaches us to be more like him each day. Our minds tell our bodies what to do. What we feed it, is what comes out. God wants us to be transformed, from within, so that it becomes a natural healthy part of us which will be reflected on the outside – our thoughts, words & deeds. (This is the real you, the GENUINE person God created you to be.) He further goes on to say do this so: that you may prove what is the good acceptable & perfect will of God. You cannot understand the things of God & his perfect will for your life without HIM, without doing things his way. His way leads you to his PERFECT WILL + life’s fulfilment = eternal life. The world’s way leads you to its way= temporary pleasures, + wages of sins = DEATH. Follow God’s lead via your spirit & HIS, & let what HE shows your heart & mind, becomes your reality = TRUE LIFE. Yve	May 2 2009 5:34 PM WHY YOU MAY NOT BE CALLED TO MARRY OR have the things you want NOW!!! Jeremiah 16: 2-4: ‘You must not marry or have daughters or son in this place. They will die of deadly diseases. Jeremiah lived at a time of judgement, when everyone was to be destroyed, that was his message. It would not be sensible to become attached to the people, who were to be destroyed? He would have been less effective in his ministry; suffering further distractions of personal grief to lost loved ones. He too would have died, & not serve his God given purpose. God does not want us to have a wife/ husband, whom he knows will die or things that will be to our detriment. Sometimes we think God is harsh in his decisions because we want what we want NOW, but we don’t see the bigger picture, or the grief he is sparing us. It’s human nature to want what every one else has, & sometimes even at much cost. Similarly the people requested a King & were given Saul. Although they were warned about the consequential treatment they would receive, they ignore the warnings. That sounds kind of silly doesn’t it, but sometimes we get so blind sided by our selfish desires, we really do not pay any attention to the long term effects. Some of us want houses, cars to keep up with the Jones’s. So we may accept offers that are out of Gods will, convincing ourselves its ok. The same things goes for a wife, husband etc. We ignore the warnings, Gods disapproval; try to negotiate with God why we should have this thing or person, which then becomes a rod for our backs later. Again similar to the requested Saul who mistreated the people. If we just learn to trust in God’s rule & timing in whatever it is we are waiting for, not settling for a substitute Saul, we will receive our anointed King David. God always wants the best for us, no matter how long or hard it seems in coming, & it always serves to benefit not just us, but many others. Yve

Well did you know that you have the power & authority which Christ invested in you get rid of evil habits, practices, which robs you of leading a wholesome life in Christ Jesus – reaching your full potential? Luke 9:1-2 Fact is you cannot pretend that your issues does not exist & expect them to go away. You cannot put a plaster or band aid, over a wound, & expect the wound to heal thoroughly without cleaning it first. You most certainly will find the wound becoming infected & if left untreated, spreading causing further damage to the whole body, & others. It is the same for these evil tendencies which lives in our flesh; these things that hold us in bondage, from reaching our God given dreams. Have you ever wondered what this scripture means: ‘There is therefore now no condemnation (unfit for use) to them which are in Christ Jesus, WHO WALK NOT AFTER THE FLESH, BUT AFTER THE SPIRIT? ‘(Romans 8:1) Some have taken the scripture to mean as long as you are saved you are never condemned, because Jesus said: ‘He did not come to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved.’ (Read further to find deeper meaning.) Some have even been deceived in thinking that they may call on this scripture for comfort which is used to cover over, or brush over sins. Don’t be tricked, or deceived by your own flesh which is naturally selfish, & desires to rule so you may satisfy it. This is the same reason; it lets us believe the lie which is not scriptural: ‘too heaven bound, no earthly good.’ Perhaps this is referring to the Pharisees spirit. Have you suffered the consequences of yours/others mistakes, mishaps, misfortune; been discouraged, disappointed, disheartened etc…? THEN THIS IS GOD'S DESIRE FOR YOU Guaranteed success It is not Gods will that any should perish. Do not worship any other gods besides HIM’. Remain in HIM and HE in you. As the branch can't bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you, unless you remain in HIM. Delight yourself in HIM & HE will give you the desires of your heart. It is impossible to please God without Faith. So do what he tells you no matter how difficult, painful or long it seems. Hold unto his every word, & live according to it, because the word he whispered in your ear when you first met HIM is the word he pronounced over your life when he placed you into your mothers womb. If you want to live a fulfilled life in this world & the next; then obey everything God tells you to do, & watch him soar through every area of your life. (Psalm 1:1-3) There is no greater joy than to live the life God created you to live & then leave this world saying ‘It is finished’ Father take me home. You are the EVE: • God made from the rib of the husband He created in HIS own image just for you. • God gave to your Adam, so that he may leave his father & mother, to cleave to YOU & become one flesh. • God blessed & placed in the Garden to become help meet to your personalised Adam, so you two may be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth, subdue it & have dominion over everything on earth. • who is blessed to become a mother of life; be it a physical or spiritual baby/blessing. So what about the forbidden fruit? lol Well it’s like this we all have our own forbidden fruit that God tells us not to eat of. Perhaps the thing we desire most to have, but God says: ‘DO NOT TOUCH/DON’T GO THERE’ or we will die. PLEASE ladies listen to God & reverse the curse. Do not let the devil infect your womb, & cause your labour pain & suffering to be increased, due to wrongful relationships. It is natural that you will desire & crave a/your husband, YOU ARE APART OF HIM, but do not let the yearning desire for him, consume you to the point of desperation. Do not let the yearning desire for your husband to love you the way he ought to, be replaced with a cold ruler ship relationship. (Support him). DON’T FORGET the devil hated you then, & even more so now. God put enmity between you & him; your seed & his seed. (So look after your womb the devil is after it). The gifts of God come with no pain or sorrows, obey his word, & rebuke any contrary spirit that tries to enter or lead you astray from what God has for you. If you keep on delighting yourself in God, you will find that what you are asking him for he wants to give it to you anyway, just at the right time. Your goal is not to live long, its to live. The option to yourself should be clear. The fire in your heart should be warm. Your impulse should be safety. Teach the class, change careers Run for office, make the difference. Sure its not all safe, but what is ? Those who try to keep their lives will lose. But those who gave up their lives… Have save many to give you a better day.
