First of all I would like to say hello, my name is Kaci. I am the founder of this organization called Open Your Eyes. Open Your Eyes is an organization that mostly focuses on the idea of the word hope and the word love. I have been the victim of depression and I have been the victim of eating disorder and hate crimes and I have lost countless people to suicide. This is what has come from these things. This is a place where people of all ages. height, weight, sexual orientation, skin color, religion, gender, and so on and come and lt it all out. They can come here and say things they have never been able to say, we don't want people to be silenced. We don't want lives to be pointlessly ended. Besides talking to people, Open Your Eyes is involved with many other things. The gay rights movement, Invisible children and RAINN just to name a few things. We believe that music can do so much for people who are dealing with depression, or people who are living in poverty, or people who find themselves the victim of rape. Music can do so much to lift up and inspire. It can give people reason to live. This being said, I would like to ask you to become a part of our movement. Thank you so much for your time. Open Your Eyes is an "organization" if you will. We focus on the word hope and getting you to find it again. This started about a year ago and since then we have grown to over 9,000 people and have helped over hundreds. So, just to let you know, we're here.
