With two previous EPs, a debut album nearing completion and solid business relationships with US, Canadian, Asian and Australian artists; Liquidsilva represents the next generation of urban entrepreneurship. The proven combination of talent and dedication has provided Liquidsilva with a portfolio of major support acts that reads like a who’s who of international hip hop. Liquidsilva performed with 50Cent, Tony Yayo, Lloyd Banks, Snoop Dogg, the Ying Yang Twins, Naughty by Nature, Mobb Deep (G-Unit), Jagged Edge, Chingy, Savage, and P-Money and many more.
Off the strength of both his musical finesse and unrelenting work ethic, Liquidsilva has been invited to collaborate with many successful artists, including Proof (From Eminem’s D-12), and R&B group112. After completing a track with Proof in March, 2006, the two had intended to finish the project by shooting a music video, as a single from Liquidsilva’s upcoming album release, “Silva Method” However, tragedy struck in 2006 when Proof was killed near the famed 8 Mile Road, in his hometown of Detroit, Michigan. As a tribute to hip-hop’s fallen soldier, Liquidsilva will release the single “Sick As They Come” as a dedication to the revered MC in near future. Meanwhile, Liquidsilva heads to the studio with Grammy award winner singer / writer, Q from 112 to collaborate on their single “Her n Me” also to be released in near future.
Growing up in Plamondon, Montreal, surrounded by the hustling and hip-hop lifestyles, was the beginning of music in his life. At 14, he moved to Toronto, were music started as a hobby to keep him out of trouble. By 1998, Liquidsilva had moved to Canada's capital, eventually earning radio play, and performing a variety of shows across Canada and the United States, including the Urban Music Festival with Naughty By Nature, and after party performance with Rascalz and Choclair.
Familiar and experienced at a young age, Liquidsilva has performed across America, including an appearance at Harvard University, as well as extensive touring through the United Kingdom, Australia, and Asia. The combination of sheer determination, street promotion, mixed with a healthy serve of raw talent, has earned him radio air-play in many other countries.
