Kate Bush, Prince, Dave Grohl, Tracy Chapman, Joni Mitchell, The Lakes Blues Band, JJ Cale, John Martyn, Jeff Buckley, Janis Joplin, Nina Simone, Beck, Dylan, Matt Johnson, Sheila Chandra, Radiohead...I like too much music in too many genres to know what has influenced my own music.
Started penning tunes a while ago but ones that counted since 2004, gathering courage while jammin wi Iona Marshall as 'Soul Alba'. When Iona went on her travels along her own road, I kept playing and gathered enough stuff to make an album 'Hello' with the essential guidance of Dave McGruer (recording, mixing, bass, graphics and patience) and rhythms of Stuart Clark (every percussion instrument under the sun!).
My main passion is being singer and co-songwriter (with a smidge of guitar and mando thrown in) with TOWNHOUSE with Stuart Clark and John Farrell (and keeping pretty busy thank you) - www.myspace.com/townhousesound.

sadly danny dyer bottom left died recently (2 weeks ago) found at home still warm by his disabled partner (wheelchair) she tried to give him cpr but to no avail R.I.P. he had had problems with throat cancer but it was in remission and he was healthy besides who knows eh when its your time its your time theghostboy
