What do Jon Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen, Rob Thomas of Matchbox 20, Cyndi Lauper, and Daryl Hall have in common? Lisa Bouchelle has sung backup for them all. And her debut national release, “Paint Your Dreams,” garnered rave reviews and set the stage for her to be one of the breakout artists of 2009/2010. Her style has been compared to Sheryl Crow, Jewel, Jason Mraz, Michelle Branch, and KT Tunstall, among others.
The CD, "Paint Your Dreams," was completed at Jon Bon Jovi's home studio. Songs from Lisa's album are among those available from Starbucks Hear Music® Media Bars in the Starbucks Hear Music® Coffeehouses in select cities around the U.S.
The first single, “Insane,” reached 1 on the New Music Weekly Indie Hot A/C Chart; 1 on the Independent Music Network Mainstream Music Chart; 7 on the New Music Weekly Indie Top 40 Chart, and the album reached 4 on the College charts. Songs from the CD were used in several movies and TV shows, including the hit show “South Of Nowhere.”
Lisa toured nationally with Blues Traveler, and opened for Bryan Adams, Richard Marx, Kansas, Nancy Sinatra, The Wailers, Hot Tuna, Dar Williams, Sophie B. Hawkins, Southside Johnny, and John Waite, among others. She has appeared on NBC, ABC, and Fox, as well as ESPN, the Tennis channel, and Comcast CN8’s highly rated shows “Backstage” and “One On One with Steve Adubato.” Lisa also appeared in an episode of the hit TV show “Gossip Girls.”
Lisa’s new CD, scheduled for release in the fall of 2009, is shaping up to be a powerhouse of acoustic driven, soul searching songs with infectious hooks and deep meaning that resonates with her fans, young and old alike. Look for the new release this Fall!

Hi Lisa Thanks for the request I like your songs they're very upbeat and I love accoustic playing I've been playing guitar for 45 years my biggest influences were Jimi Hendrix , Jimmy Page, and David Gilmor from Pink Floyd I'm also a avid fan of Ray Charles. I'm a 60"s child lol but I love all types of music except hard rap.
