...in a Coin Laundry
I love the video for Coin Laundry! We had such a funny time making it. Ness Casswill directed it and Johnny Flynn played the part of the boy that couldn't see me. Johnny is a singer as well as being a really good actor - check him out www.myspace.com/johnnyflynn. I think the best bit of it was beat-boxing inside the washing machine and dancing about the laundrette. We had to shut the laundrette to the public, obviously, with the film crew all shoved inside and people kept walking up to the door with their big bag of dirty clothes and heartbroken looks on their faces. We had to turn them away. Poor things! I had a nice chat to a man called Dermot O'Leary yesterday on Radio 2. I went into the studio and played a few songs and had a chat. Lovely man. We were talking about Bikram yoga and cooking more than music. Brilliant.
See you all soon - don't forget to preorder your album Australia.. and see you on tour!
